Private Tours, Photo Workshops, Photo Tours & Overnight Workshops Cancellation Policy Agreement
We don’t have any enhanced cancellation policies due to COVID-19. Refer to our policies below for information.
Private Bend Photo Tours:
Full payment is due at the time of booking. The private tour will go, rain or shine, unless discussed with your instructor and re-scheduled 24 hours in advance. There is almost no bad weather for photography.
Cancellations or change of date made more then 7 days prior to the tour will result in a refund. *
Cancellations or change of date made between 2-6 days prior to tour will result in credit towards another private tour or workshop.**
Cancellations or no shows less the 2 days prior to the tour will result in forfeit of private tour cost.
Photography Workshops:
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
If the workshop is listed as booked, cancellations will only be refunded or credited if we can fill the spot again. We do have a waiting list once workshop is filled.***
Cancellations made more then 30 days prior to the workshop will result in a refund.*
Cancellations made between 8-29 days prior to the workshop will result in credit towards another workshop or tour.**
Cancellations made between 2-7 days prior to workshop will result in 60% credit towards another workshop or tour. 40 % will be forfeit.
Cancellations or no shows less the 2 days prior to the workshop will result in forfeit of workshop cost.
Photo Tours & Overnight Workshops (Overnight stays involved)
Deposits for Photo Tours and overnight stay Workshops are non refundable, and no credit provided.
If the photo tour or overnight workshop is listed as booked, cancellations will only be refunded or credited if we can fill the spot again. We do have a waiting list once a photo tour or overnight workshop is filled. ***
Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the booked photo tour or overnight workshop will result in a refund, minus the deposit. *
Cancellations made 60 – 46 days prior to the booked photo tour or overnight workshop will result in 50% forfeit of the total cost and 50% credit.
Cancellations made 45 – 31 days prior to the booked photo tour or overnight workshop will result in 70% forfeit of the total cost and 30% credit. ***
Cancellations made 30 – 00 days prior to the booked photo tour or overnight workshop will result in forfeit of the total cost. ***
Cancellation Note: Any cancellation must be done in writing. If you don’t get a cancellation confirmation, we did not get the cancellation.
Credit & Refund Note:
* Any refunds will be subject to a $25 processing fee plus the credit card fee, which right now is 3%. We recommend to buy travel insurance for photo tours and overnight workshops.
** Credit towards another tour or workshop with a processing fee of $25 deducted.
*** For fully booked photography workshops, photo tours and overnight workshops, if we can fill the canceled spot, we will provide credit minus $50 processing fee.
Execution
The organizer is entitled to cancel a workshop at short notice if the minimum number of participants is not reached or if there have been any other significant changes for the execution of the workshop. We therefore recommend booking the arrival only after confirmation of the workshop, and above all, taking out travel insurance.
If the photo workshop or photo trip has to be canceled due to unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics or strikes, the organizer has the right to do this without an alternative date. Repayment will only be possible to a limited extent. (If bookings such as hotels etc. are booked by the organizer through a travel agency, the cancellation fees of the travel agency apply.) Further claims cannot be made.
The fees for workshops will be reimbursed in full by the organizer if the event had to be canceled by the organizer mistake.

Acknowledgment, Release and Assumption of Risk
I understand and acknowledge that the workshop and related events organized by Christian Heeb, Heebphoto, Inc. and Cascade Center of Photography, LLC (the “Workshopâ€) bears certain known and unanticipated risks which could result in injury to myself and others, or damage to my property. I further acknowledge that the organizers do not provide security to protect against theft or damage to my property while on the tours or in the lodging provided to participants. I expressly assume all responsibility for such risks.
I hereby voluntarily release and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Christian Heeb, Heebphoto, Inc. and Cascade Center of Photography, LLC, and their officers, agents, and employees, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions for injury to myself or others, or damage to my property, which are in any way connected with my participation in the Workshop to the greatest extent allowed by law.
I have read this acknowledgment, release and assumption of risk, that I understand it completely, that I limit my right to make a claim or file a lawsuit for injury to me and others, or for damage to my property, and that it will be binding upon me, my heirs, assigns and legal representatives. I further agree that if any part of this agreement is unenforceable, the remainder shall continue to be effective.
I agree that photographs, videos, or tapes taken during the Workshop, or during activities related to the Workshop, may be used by Christian Heeb, Heebphoto, Inc. and Cascade Center of Photography, LLC for promotional purposes.

Cascade Center of Photography is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Cascade Center of Photography of the site or any association with its operators.
Certain services made available via www.ccophoto.com are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the www.ccophoto.com domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Cascade Center of Photography may share such information and data with any third party with whom Cascade Center of Photography has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of www.ccophoto.com users and customers.
International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Cascade Center of Photography from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Cascade Center of Photography Content accessed through www.ccophoto.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cascade Center of Photography, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Cascade Center of Photography reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Cascade Center of Photography in asserting any available defenses.
Changes to Terms
Cascade Center of Photography reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.ccophoto.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Cascade Center of Photography encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
All credits will expire 1 year from original deposit.
